1General Information & Applicability

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between kkfbapp and all of its registered members. kkfbapp is an online betting and gaming platform designed specifically to serve users in Bangladesh, offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and a wide range of other gaming services.

By using kkfbapp's services, you confirm that you are doing so entirely of your own free will, with full awareness and your own judgment. kkfbapp does not pressure or compel anyone to participate in gaming or betting.

These terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, kkfbapp's official interpretation shall be considered final.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with kkfbapp, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration.
• Each person may register only one account.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number and email address.
• KYC verification must be completed after registration.

KYC Verification Process

Identity verification (KYC) is required to access all features on kkfbapp. One of the following documents will be needed for verification:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC is completed. kkfbapp may request additional documents during the KYC process, and account verification will remain on hold until those documents are provided.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Kkfbapp supports multiple payment methods for depositing funds into your account. All deposits can be made in Bangladesh Taka (BDT) or supported cryptocurrencies.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. kkfbapp does not charge any fees on deposits, though the payment provider may apply their own charges.

4Withdrawal Policy & Conditions

To withdraw funds from kkfbapp, the conditions below must be met. Your KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name.
• The maximum withdrawal per 24 hours is ৳1,00,000 (different limits apply for VIP members).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be completed first.
• In cases of suspicious activity, kkfbapp may take additional time to verify a withdrawal.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

Kkfbapp offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and conditions that must be met.

Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to claim this bonus. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 30x (the bonus amount must be wagered 30 times).

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus can only be claimed once.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• The deadline for meeting wagering requirements will be specified in the relevant bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is detected, kkfbapp reserves the right to close the account.
• Wagering requirements may also apply to winnings from free spin bonuses.

6Betting Terms & Conditions

The following rules apply when placing bets on kkfbapp. All betting decisions are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed.

• Once a bet is submitted, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the cash-out feature applies).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, kkfbapp reserves the right to resettle bets at the correct odds.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change continuously; the odds at the time your bet is accepted are final.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each event and market. The minimum single bet is ৳10, and the maximum limit varies by event. Higher limits apply for VIP members.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kkfbapp platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or another person's details.
• Misusing bonuses in violation of bonus terms.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other members.

8Account Closure & Suspension

Kkfbapp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Voluntary Account Closure

Any member may permanently close their account by emailing support@kkfbapp.ws. Please withdraw any remaining balance before requesting account closure.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

Kkfbapp believes that gaming and betting should be purely for entertainment. We encourage our members to play responsibly and actively work to prevent problem gambling.

The following responsible gaming tools are available on the kkfbapp platform:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Betting Limit: Set a limit on how much you bet per session.
• Session Timer: Set a reminder for how long you want to play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for 1–30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account entirely for an extended break.

10Changes & Updates to Terms

Kkfbapp reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or an on-platform notification.

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you always have the option to close your account.
